The Human Resources Assistant, Benefits & Wellness will support our employees with Benefit and Wellness related issues, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. This position will act as a liaison between vendors and employees and will perform administrative tasks for effective and efficient operations of the Benefits and Wellness department.
Pay: $22 - $24 / Hour

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar Human Resources Benefits support role.

Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Suite, email, internet, etc.) and experience with various Human Resources Systems (ADP, UltiPro/UKG, etc.). Typing 40 WPM.

Desire to gain knowledge of the company's Benefits and Wellness programs as well as related compliance issues.
