Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve dealership goals and objectives
- Lead, inspire, and motivate sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Train and mentor sales staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and create a positive buying experience
