The IT Support Specialist will manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and providing responsive support across various IT systems.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Active Directory Management:
  • Create and manage user profiles, security, and distribution groups.
  • Understand and organize Active Directory Organizational Units and permissions.
  • Windows Operating System and Server Management:
  • Support Windows 10/11 Pro environments, including domain joining and managing UNC filepaths.
  • Manage Windows Server roles, services, and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Networking:
  • Maintain a robust understanding of DNS, DHCP, and IP schemes.
  • Utilize basic networking commands for troubleshooting and network maintenance.
  • Microsoft 365 Administration:
  • Manage user accounts, group memberships, and MFA enrollment via Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Handle license assignments and basic Exchange server tasks including mail flow and Mailbox permissions.
  • Application Support:
  • Familiarity with secured access systems like Securitas and UniFlow, similar to PaperCut for secured printing.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in IT support roles with a strong foundation in Active Directory, Windows OS/Server, and networking.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while providing high-level customer service.
  • Experience with door badging systems and secure printing solutions preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field, IT related a plus.
