Key job responsibilities
Own the GTM strategy and execution for Cloud Governance worldwide, collaborating with teams in the field including Sales, Partners, Marketing, and other Specialists.
Leverage your expertise in Cloud Governance to understand the most important customer problems in your region and enable account aligned teams in the field to solve them.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to expand markets/accounts, develop scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify new opportunities within your domain.
Develop and execute goals to drive long term growth in your geography, while meeting/exceeding revenue and non-revenue driven KPI's.
Bring customer data and market signals back to Worldwide teams to ensure we are prioritizing the building of the right features and services for our customers.
Delivering monthly/quarterly business reviews and operational planning documents for your respective tech domain and geography.
Drive geographical scale through external partners; Partner with cross functional teams across Solution Architecture, Business Development, Marketing, Partners, and Training and execute customer acquisition programs and strategies.

A day in the life
This position will help lead GTM strategy for AWS Cloud Governance. We create sales plays, leverage partners, and build new initiatives that drive results for our customers. We provide critical feedback from customers to inform our product roadmap, and work closely with our partner network to build an ecosystem supporting our customers' goals. In emerging areas, we play a critical role as the first in teams to build markets for new services, domains, or solutions. When a customer needs to innovate and requires a new way to leverage AWS, they count on us to innovate with them.

1. We are domain owners of Cloud Governance and don't GTM with individual services
2. We develop and test hypothesis and are okay to be proven wrong

4. We collect and analyze data constantly because data changes and it helps us keep up with dynamic customer needs and helps us ruthlessly prioritize
5. We use existing and build new mechanisms to support customers at the speed of their business
6. We have a bias for action because sharing and learning through iteration leads to better outcomes more rapidly
7. We collaborate with other teams to develop and execute cross service, global programs

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 6+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market.
