Design, develop, and maintain scalable data architectures and data models.

Implement and optimize star schema designs for data warehousing.

Utilize Apache Spark for big data processing and analytics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into robust data models.

Develop and enforce database standards, guidelines, and best practices.

Ensure data quality, integrity, and security.

Perform data integration and data migration tasks as needed.

Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.

Continuously evaluate and improve existing data architectures.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data architects and engineers.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Data Architect or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and best practices.

Extensive experience with star schema design and implementation.

Proficiency in Apache Spark and its ecosystem.

Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases.

Experience with ETL processes and tools.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure Fabric or Databrick).

Familiarity with data governance and data management principles.

Knowledge of additional big data technologies (e.g., Kafka).

Certification in data architecture or related fields.

Education: Bachelors Degree
