We are in search of a Senior ERP Solutions Architect with extensive experience in ERP systems. The ideal candidate will ensure that our ERP, CRM, and Quote to Cash solutions are aligned with our business strategy through a well-structured master data and information architecture. A solid understanding of business processes and the ability to connect these processes to system functionalities is essential. This role demands current and comprehensive experience in the implementation and configuration of ERP and Quote to Cash solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the configuration and customization of ERP systems.
  • Engage in discussions regarding architecture and solution alternatives, providing recommendations and insights to key stakeholders.
  • Develop functional process and solution documentation that outlines business processes and user requirements.
  • Ensure that system modifications align with the company's strategic objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and coordinate training for superusers and end-users.
  • Stay informed about technological advancements, system updates, new functionalities, and independent software vendors (ISVs), ensuring we leverage these developments to our advantage.
  • Maintain a comprehensive information architecture and master data framework.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in ERP functional design and information architecture.
  • Demonstrated expertise in ERP implementation and configuration.
  • Experience in CRM/CPQ functional design and information architecture.
  • Background in CRM/CPQ implementation and configuration.
  • Preferred experience with Workday, SFDC, and Zuora.
  • Strong knowledge of business application tools (ERP, CPQ).
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships, with a structured and methodical approach.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience, with 2-3 years at an expert level or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of practical experience in designing and developing enterprise or distributed software systems preferred.
