The BIA acts as a liaison between revenue cycle and information services, supporting all care givers throughout the revenue cycle in the implementation, learning, use, adoption of revenue cycle technology projects. Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Finance, Healthcare, or related field. Or Equivalency ratio is 1:1. 4 years of experience = Bachelor's; 2 years of experience = Associate's; etc. Within 90 days of hire Epic Readiness certification or proficiency in one or more of the primary applications Analyst is supporting Within 1 year of hire Credentialed Trainer or Facilitator in one of the primary applications the Analyst is supporting, or equivalent for up to 2 years experience for this position at the hiring manager's discretion 3 years in a position that has the same or similar primary duties working with a revenue cycle or managed care information system within a healthcare setting. 2 years of working in an Epic environment.
