JOB SUMMARY
The Epic Certified Patient Access, Cadence and Prelude Principal Trainer has the responsibility to manage the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive training program for an assigned group of end users and assigned applications for the organization’s electronic healthcare record. This position will require a high degree of discretion, professionalism, and organization, as well as strong ability to establish positive and effective working relationships with leadership and stakeholders.
