As a Patient Supply Coordinator at HME Specialists, LLC, you will be responsible for working closely with insurance providers, physicians, and patients to ensure that they receive the prescribed medical supplies using their covered insurance benefits. Your role will involve communicating with insurance companies to verify coverage and obtain necessary authorizations, coordinating with healthcare providers to gather prescription information, and assisting patients in navigating the insurance process.
