The Office of Information Technology Services (OITS) is seeking a System Analyst C. Advanced.

The activities this candidate will be tasked with include, but are not limited to the following:

  1. Analyzing defined business rules and functional requirements.
  2. Updating system documentation to ensure it reflects the current system version.
  3. Evaluating enhancement requests and providing estimates.
  4. Designing technical solutions using the Visual Vault SaaS product.
  5. Creating test plans and test scripts to verify system modifications are error-free and perform as designed.
  6. Facilitating user acceptance testing.
  7. Documenting the results of testing activities.
  8. Deploying software updates.
