We are seeking a full time Production & Estimating Administrator for our Worthington, OH location. The Production & Estimating Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to all departments, with a focus on the estimating and production departments, regarding the day-to-day operations of the operating unit. The Administrator will serve as a resource for the Operating Unit President, by providing information, answering questions and assisting with administrative projects as needed. Job Functions: Plan, organize, and establish objectives and goals for projects assigned. Perform general administrative functions related to sales estimates, including typing quotes and responding to administrative needs of the sales force. Creates purchase orders prior to material purchase. Coordinate scheduling of all material, equipment, and ancillary items as needed. Demonstrate flexibility to change direction of priorities as directed. Communicate issues promptly as they arise (vendors and company personnel). Process information as it is presented and communicate information to authorities timely. Input all information into appropriate databases and applications timely. Create project submittals as required. Prioritize and manage assignments with little direction. Meet deadlines and forecast and communicate any obstacles or barriers. Follows instructions, guidelines, and procedures consistently. Manage multiple projects, setting priorities as needed. Looks for potential customers or job opportunities with each interaction. Create professional documents to support all business objectives. Use technology provided. Organize all data, analytical and verbal, into usable information. Work alone or in groups as directly. Track all orders related to specific jobs. Handle confidential, non-routine information, maintaining confidentiality with a high level of integrity. Coordinate with Accounts Payable on filing or other administrative projects as required. Operate multi-line phone system and greet front office visitors. Make travel arrangements as needed. Maintain common areas including conference rooms, reception area, kitchen. Maintain office supply inventory and order new supplies. Sort and distribute incoming mail. Responds to building maintenance requests. Perform other related duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent Knowledge of office-related practices and procedures Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages including Microsoft Office Suite Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with associates Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, including strong attention to detail JB Roofing, a Tecta America Company, offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, etc. Tecta America is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
