What You'll Do:
  • Be the Face of Our Brand: As the Territory Manager, you’ll represent our company’s values and quality, building strong relationships with municipal, state, and large commercial clients.
  • Drive Sales Success: Execute strategic sales plans, identify key prospects, and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Innovate and Influence: Use your creativity and industry knowledge to craft compelling sales pitches, negotiate contracts, and close deals that align with our company’s high standards.
  • Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with the sales support team and contribute valuable market insights to drive our overall strategy and success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage new accounts within Northwestern Washington.
  • Revitalize and expand relationships with existing customers.
  • Develop customized account plans and outreach strategies.
  • Qualify prospects and ensure alignment with our operational capabilities.
  • Manage complex negotiations and collaborate on contract solutions.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and use CRM tools efficiently.

What You Bring:
  • Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience, preferably in equipment or high-value sales with long cycles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience selling to governmental and commercial clients.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
