What You'll Do

  • Leads client meetings that support Agile methodology development
  • Analyze and understand client business objectives and requirements
  • Design client solutions utilizing the Pega Platform within specified timeframes
  • Gather and evaluate client feedback
  • Recommend and execute improvements
  • Manage and collaborate with development team members throughout sprint life cycle
  • Utilizing a variety of white-boarding tools to succinctly communicate centralized points in meetings to generate feedback, discussion, and documentation
  • Manage DevOps platforms, such as Azure DevOps, to document work products, running queries, or utilize in meetings to ensure project activities are up to date and on time.
  • Create and maintain pertinent documentation and user guides to be used or referred to by government staff or other team members
Required Knowledge and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree: engineering and technical backgrounds are a plus
  • 6-8 years experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, Process Management
  • Certified Pega Business Architect Required
  • 2 years experience with Pega
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps
  • Experience with digital whiteboarding tools (Visio / Adobe XD / PowerPoint / Figma, etc.)
  • Agile/Scrum development methodology knowledge/experience
  • Demonstrable consulting skill-sets, including requirements gathering and analysis
  • Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder eligible to obtain a Public Trust
