Responsibilities:

- Responsible for creating solutions and presenting compelling recommendations to customers.

- Define operational procedures and practices

- Define KPIs and set up appropriate health-checks, monitoring and escalation procedures

- Accelerate development for roadmap features, to address specific customer requirements

- Identify ongoing risks and pain points throughout the project, develop and implement mitigation measures

- Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the knowledge base, blogs, and brown bag lunches.

- Capture project lessons and convert them into architectural best practices applicable to the broader install base; mentor and coach the internal team through internal training sessions.

Skills and Knowledge:

- Knowledge of enterprise cloud solutions, deploying and running solutions in a cloud environment, and private, public, and hybrid clouds

- Extensive experience with Internet technologies and protocols like TCP/IP, VPN, SSL and HTTP

- Hands-on experience with public and private cloud services (AWS, Openstack, VMWare, ect) as well as load balancers and networking devices

- Experience designing high availability and disaster recovery / fail-over infrastructures

- Development experience with database or application integration technology

- Deep knowledge of Linux fundamentals

- Knowledge of Open Source architectures and/or past contributions to open source projects

- Design, development and operations experience with highly-available, scalable, and fault tolerant systems

- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies Professional Cloud Solutions Architect (PCSA) Certification.

- 10+ years of experience.

Required Skills : Amazon Web Services (AWS) Sr. DevOps Architect that will establish design across Ordering Back Office's (OBO) backend systems. Build and implement CI/CD pipelines and frameworks from scratch using Harness, Java (or Python) and GitLab. Establish ways to automate and improve development and release processes. Enforce governance model from build to Production deployment using CICD pipeline framework. •Design and develop automated Cloud (Charter Cloud and AWS a plus) environment set up using cloud formation templates that involves setting up of Route 53, Load balancers, S3, Lambdas, OpenSearch cluster, Kinesis streams, Dynamo DBs, IAM •Design and develop logging, monitoring and alerting capabilities •Develop scripts to automate visualization
