  • Develop consumer-driven business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive success
  • Lead and mentor up to two analysts to retain top talent
  • Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies and lead product level modeling/analytics
  • Develop targeted insights to enhance customer experiences and go-to-market strategies
  • Improve credit performance by creating risk models based on consumer behavior trends and data analysis
  • Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently
  • Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and other teams to achieve business goals
  • Lead a highly effective team to drive innovation and deliver results
  • Communicate strategic ideas in a clear, compelling manner and prioritize short and long-term goals
  • Requirements: Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience in analysis
