This role will update the customer regarding shipping, tracking, RMAs and receipt of returned products. The specialist will also assist with prepping hardware for provisioning.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain count accuracy of customer inventory (digital and physical).
  • Manage incoming and outgoing customer inventory and update asset records in ServiceNow, including but not limited to the following: asset state, assigned to, asset tag, asset serial number, etc.
  • Package, ship, track and update customers including but not limited to items shipped, tracking number, ship to address, courier information, ETAs, etc.
  • Monitor inventory levels to determine level of safety stock and process sales task to replenish inventory.
  • Process RMA’s in timely manner and keep track of replaced serial numbers.
  • Maintain and organize the inventory room
  • Provide inventory reports as needed.
  • Audit customer inventory periodically and report any discrepancy to supervisor
  • Test hardware connection before shipping
  • Prep hardware for provisioning this includes but not limited to unboxing the hardware, connect to power, make available online, basic setup, install Automate, etc.
  • Sanitize and clean returned hardware so that it is presentable for use; this includes removing any residue from former user
  • Onsite required
  • Additional duties as assigned
Competencies, Skills, and Qualifications
  • Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Understands how to communicate the BCS365 value proposition to our clients.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
  • Demonstrates willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • 1+ years relevant experience required
Physical Demands
  • The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
