Primary Care Physician

Currently seeking aPrimary Care Physician, Board Certified in Internal Medicine orFamily Medicine for a contract to fulltime role in Yuba City, CA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct daily physicianrounds.
- Provides primary careincluding episodic, preventive, and acute health care to adult patients.
- Conducts histories andphysical examinations and prescribes medications and/or medical treatmentsbased on best practice standards.
- Develops treatment plansin collaboration with patients; educates and advises on medical issues as needed.
- Evaluates theeffectiveness of medical care and monitors progress of patients.
- Maintains medical records.
- Board certification inInternal Medicine or Family Practice as well.
- Valid CA State PhysicianLicense and Federal DEA registration.
- Mon - Friday 5, 8 hourshifts or 4, 10-hour shifts .
- M-F (8am-4:30pm)
- No after-hour callsrequired.
