Job Overview:

Locations: New Britain and Manchester, Connecticut

Must have a year of Recent Medical Assistant Experience

Duties:

- Assist healthcare providers in patient examinations and procedures
- Perform basic medical tasks such as recording vital signs and patient histories
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Conduct X-rays and other diagnostic tests
- Maintain accurate medical records and assist with coding
- Provide excellent patient service and ensure patient comfort
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient flow

Experience:

- Prior experience in a medical setting, preferably in a hospital or clinic
- Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge
- Ability to perform basic clinical procedures including medication administration and vital sign measurement
- Knowledge of physiology to understand patient conditions and treatment plans
- Familiarity with coding practices for accurate billing
