Key Responsibilities:
- Design and enforce HR policies and procedures that foster a productive work environment.
- Provide guidance on behavioral issues and develop disciplinary action plans as necessary.
- Deliver high-level support to enhance workplace relationships, boost morale, and improve employee engagement and retention.
Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources is required.
- Experience should include management or supervisory roles within the HR field, complemented by relevant educational training.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Master's degree from an accredited institution.
- Prior experience in HR functions.
- Possession of SHRM and/or HRCI certifications is advantageous.
