Little Crown Pediatric Dentistry has an opportunity for a Front Office Coordinator to join our dedicated team. The primary responsibility of this position is to handle all front office functions for our practice, ensuring that our patients, parents, and/or guardians are the number one priority. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients, parents, and/or guardians with a welcoming and pleasant demeanor. Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and scheduling follow-up appointments. Answer and manage incoming calls, providing information and addressing inquiries. Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry. Coordinate and confirm patient appointments. Handle insurance verification and processing. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Education and Experience: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired. Specific Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships. Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in PC skills and able to learn and successfully use new software programs as required. Ability to travel between multiple locations if needed.
