Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, results-oriented professional project manager to join our Professional Services team. This position will report to the Senior Director of Professional Services and will manage the delivery of projects with our professional services team. It will provide you with opportunities to see your contributions make a direct impact on our customers' implementation success.

Your ability to be highly organized, combined with your tenacity and relentless pursuit to keep projects on track while removing any impediments, will play a key role for the company. Your prior experience with agile methodologies and leading teams will be utilized to instill consistency and process in planning, prioritization, and ultimately delivering on commitments for service projects.

You are an excellent communicator and keep stakeholders and customers acutely aware of project status and deliverables. You are an expert at expectation management and know how to establish proper expectations for project stakeholders while holding the project teams accountable in a positive way for commitments on delivery. You are great at following up and ensuring the team is on track with their commitments and deliverables.

You are highly professional with high ethical standards. You thrive on working diligently to complete your duties while keeping in mind the business's objectives.

Responsibilities
• Guiding the team on how to use waterfall and Agile/SCRUM project management practices to best deliver value to customers
• Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders and the professional services team
• Master at conflict resolution. You are comfortable saying "no" when necessary and know how to create win-win situations
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and blockers with the project team and customers
• Promote positive team morale, communication, and collaboration
• Facilitate and track continuous improvement goals focused on creating a culture of self-organized and high-performing teams
• Monitor project KPIs and provide project status to project stakeholders
• Follow protocol on all aspects of the project to help organize all documentation and communication with the customer
• Ensure time is accounted for in a timely manner in time entry systems
• Organize and lead sprint planning, backlog scrubbing, prioritization, and retrospectives
• Coordinate and maintain procedures for project governance
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

Required
• 2+ years in project management in the software SaaS industry
• BS/BA degree in a business or technical-related field or a demonstrated track record of equivalent work experience required
• Experience with managing software implementations
• Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning and organization abilities
• Instinctively carry a relentless pursuit of keeping projects on track while removing barriers
• Customer focused
• Proven ability to facilitate and lead multiple teams in Agile techniques
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to influence others without authority

Preferred
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
• Microsoft Dynamics PSA Experience
• CPQ experience
• SQL skill
• Experience with Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Salesforce or another ERP systems
• Advanced Excel (formulas, functions, tables)
• Experience with Kanban
• Experience developing software projects built in. NET, C#
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming
• Working knowledge of Azure DEV Ops or TFS
