Overview: We are seeking a highly adaptable Technical Project Manager in Chicago, IL to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing a variety of API-based projects by supporting a number of teams, inside a very important, strategic customer, each with its own unique scope and timeline. The Task-at-Hand: • Become an expert in Dynamic Yield's QSR vertical (Quick Service Restaurants) • Manage Multiple Projects: Oversee a portfolio of complex technical projects, ensuring the customer and your internal teams have the resources needed to progress and meet technical timelines. • Lead regular meetings with stakeholders to review technical projects and open issue investigations • Collaborate effectively and communicate necessary actions proactively and concisely to the relevant teams • Quickly adapt to shifting priorities and project requirements, maintaining a flexible approach • Become a trusted advisor to one of our most important customers, facilitating technical support across our Product, R&D, Support and Customer Success teams, as well as different teams within the customer’s organization • Develop new processes to facilitate smoother and more efficient operations • Drive continuous improvement, promoting a culture of continuous learning, and staying ahead of industry trends and best practices Qualifications: • Proven experience in a project management role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
