Accounting and Financial Reporting
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
o month-end closing process
o accounts payable
o accounts receivable and billing
o credit management
o general ledger analysis
o fixed assets and RoU assets
o check runs
o bank reconciliations
o government statistical reporting
o journal entries
• Oversee external and internal audits
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce accurate general ledger and financial reports
• Cash forecasting and debt management
• Develop and produce accurate revenue forecasts
• Certain tax filings
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and internal control procedures

Acct. Partner to Operations
• Provide financial and operational reports required for comprehensive decision support to the CEO & CFO, including detailed analysis and presentation of monthly actual financial results.
• Develop and coach accounting team for optimal performance, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency.

  • Proven analytical skills with ability to evaluate risk/reward.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented.
  • Computer Skills: SAP and BW reporting, high proficiency and advanced capabilities in Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Outward personality and ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Someone who proactively anticipates challenges and opportunities, taking the initiative to drive projects forward to achieve outstanding results in a high-volume environment.
