Our Newest Opportunity:

The Regional Marketing Enablement Specialist serves as a trusted partner supporting the Northeast Region across all areas of responsibility. This role will ensure alignment and execution of priorities within the region in support of OneDigital's strategic plan and mission.

This includes managing a wide variety of marketing initiatives-including building the brand, planning and executing local and regional industry events, developing content and website messaging, and supporting PR initiatives.

This role is responsible for enabling customer teams throughout the Northeast by developing a consistent, high-quality arsenal of collateral, data and resources that can be leveraged by high performers for effective workforce strategy consulting. They will help drive utilization of these best-in-class tools by working closely with marketing leadership, market focused marketing managers, and market-specific leadership to communicate and support the adoption of these tools across the region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading the marketing enablement offerings for all Northeast markets including all processes, creative output, and communications with teams alongside the Northeast marketing team
  • Responsible for uncovering enablement needs across the region through partnership with marketing team and regional leadership;
  • Responsible for collaborating with Northeast marketing team alongside other Northeast stakeholders to create enablement materials;
  • Acts as brand ambassador for regional collateral - maintains and reviews collateral (templates, PowerPoints, etc.) to ensure all content maintains in the OneDigital brand voice;
  • Maintains file library for the Northeast, as well as the Seismic library, with updated enablement materials;
  • Collects and analyzes market data and information to include in regional collateral to maintain OneDigital's "fresh-thinking" approach;
  • Provides oversight to RFP fulfillment throughout the region utilizing templates and answer bank alongside AI technology;
  • Partner with national marketing initiatives to support in region growth and development;
  • Design, deploy and manage email campaigns in conjunction with marketing specialists to support our content-focused, drip marketing approach;
  • Design, deploy and manage ad campaigns in conjunction with marketing specialists to support our growth and cross-sale goals;
  • Event support across region - participating in entire event process alongside marketing specialists, from start to finish;
  • Supports regional M&A activity by providing consistent enablement resources to onboard new offices around OneDigital brand, collateral, prospect and client communications, and miscellaneous resources;
  • Responsible for swag management across region - including inventory, re-ordering, etc.;
  • Manages "marketing inbox," by connecting colleagues to appropriate ready-made resources when available, assigning work to marketers, etc.
Regional Data/Information Leadership and Support -
  • D365/HubSpot Data Updates
  • Ownership of HubSpot/D365 data for NE region for marketing campaign purposes
  • Reporting out on client/prospect emails that were undeliverable to help clean up database
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading and interviewing skills are essential;
  • Exceptional MS Office experience required - highest level proficiency in PowerPoint a must, along with extensive experience refining the end product in an appealing way with cohesive story told throughout.
  • Excellent communication skills (listens, speaks, and writes well); able to interact effectively with people of various responsibility and authority (employees, key contacts, executives, etc.). Comfortable making group presentations;
  • Handles many simultaneous projects efficiently and effectively;
  • Operates in a fast-paced, energetic environment and welcomes change;
  • In all things, seeks to behave in a professional, consistent, and reliable manner;
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind;
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices;
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment of competing priorities;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently or as a member of a team;
  • Must be self-motivated and disciplined;
  • Demonstrated experience working with the following design platforms: Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, as well as Asana, OneNote, Zoom, On24, Microsoft Office and Teams;
  • Demonstrated aptitude towards innovation and comfort with latest digital marketing tools (video, etc.) and strategies
Education, Training and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Information Design or a related field;
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (insurance, healthcare, hospitality, or law with increasing responsibilities is a plus);
  • Proven experience managing both online and in-person events including all aspects of planning, vendor management, execution, and communications
  • Experience with HubSpot, Bombora and other digital platforms;
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram and other social platforms;
  • Video experience

  • Podcasting experience - a plus


Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
