Urgent Care Marketing Specialist

We are Independent Emergency Physicians, or IEP, a local, physician-owned multi-specialty practice group that is deeply ingrained in the community. Position Overview:

The Marketing Specialist for our Urgent Care service line will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to increase patient awareness, enhance our brand presence and drive patient engagement. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the healthcare industry, and a strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage Marketing and advertising campaigns across digital, social media, print and traditional advertising channels
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Work with external resources to manage search campaigns and keywords, and track metrics including Google search search, display and Google my business campaigns.
  • Track competitor performance and market changes.
  • Manage and optimize our online presence - website, social media platforms, online directories, and review sites.
  • Develop content calendar, engaging content, and manage content performance for optimized engagement
  • Conduct regular audits of IEP UC placement in all search engines, community social media platforms, ndl review sites for accurate links/info.
  • Develop additional strategies for engagement.
  • Coordinate community engagement in each UC community.
  • Identify opportunities, secure sponsorships and manage events and engagement in each market.
  • Work as a team with external resources.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Experience in measuring success through data-driven results.
  • Understanding of Google analytics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Excel in producing content both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating creativity and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms,including Google Workspace, MailChimp, Google My Business, Google Adwords, Podium, and design software/platforms. Experience with Adobe In-Design and PhotoShop is a plus.
  • Ability to use a PC with windows operating systems.
  • Complies with company policies and standards.
  • Abides by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI).
