About the Position:

We are seeking an exceptional Personal Support Specialist to join our team at The Calendar Group in Boise, Idaho.

This role requires someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedules for the family, including school and extracurricular activities.
  • Manage meal planning, grocery shopping, and household inventory.
  • Provide transportation for children and coordinate business travel.
  • Research and recommend household services and products.
  • Support the family with special projects and provide administrative assistance.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience. The salary may vary depending on the location and travel requirements.
