The Pediatric Hospitalist tenens opportunity in California
-Duration: September December (potential for extension)
-Location: Santa Rosa, CA
-Schedule: 4-14 shifts per month
-Shift: 24 hour call
-Call: 7a-7a
-Scope: Rounds, admissions, discharges, attend c-section and deliveries, vents, intubation, UVC, UAC, Lumbar puncture, Needle pneumothorax decompression, ekg interpretation
-Volume: 2-12 per day (peds floor 4-12, admissions 1-4, discharges 2-6)
-EMR: Meditech
-Support: First year family medicine residents, neonatologist
-Hospital: 12 bed nursery, level III NICU, community hospital
-Required: Board certified or board eligible with California license and NRP
Malpractice - PAID for locum opportunities
