We are looking for an IT Systems Analyst to provide first and second level endpoint device support to corporate office personnel.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Service Desk
- Resolve trouble tickets troubleshooting and administering computers, network connections, printers, and other IT equipment
- Desktop/laptop (Windows and MacOS) imaging and setup (Intune/MDM), application installation, configuration, troubleshooting, asset management, end-user support consultation
- Mobile device management in a BYOD environment (iOS and Android) using M365/Intune, DUO MFA (Multi Factor Authentication), Email Security Management, Device Endpoint Security Management
- Train users on software usage and create knowledge base articles
- Manage IT asset inventory on hardware and software by complying with asset management policies and procedures
- Periodic Security reporting as required by security compliance framework (SOC2, etc.)
- Perform other such duties as may be required
Application Support
- Provisioning and management of M365 application suite (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
- Phone System (Zoom) administration
- Remote connectivity tools (Securelink, VPN clients, etc.)
Azure Cloud Infrastructure Support
- Assist in deploying, configuring, and maintaining cloud infrastructure components (compute, storage, networking) using platforms such as Microsoft Azure
- Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices, monitor for vulnerabilities, and address any security-related issues
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource usage
- Document processes, procedures, and configurations
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or experience equivalent
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification desired
- MS Azure infrastructure and/or security certifications highly desired.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience, preferably in a healthcare or other highly regulated setting
- Experience with app security monitoring/reporting highly desired
- Experience with MS Azure, Intune, and related security products
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-starter with exceptional problem-solving abilities coupled with a get it done attitude
