THE OPPORTUNITY The Licensing Coordinator is responsible for managing a category of multi-jurisdictional licenses and permits to ensure compliance with all respective regulatory agencies for all Chipotle locations. Responsible for independent research, procurement, and retention of operational licenses for new restaurants.
