What Will I Be Doing?

  • Provide administrative support to the Program Director, other members of management, and all direct service providers in the assigned regional office.
  • Coordinate and complete onboarding processes and training for all new hires, to include tracking new hire paperwork, maintaining employee files and submitting background checks. 
  • Track client referrals, manage Electronic Health Records, complete chart audits, and assist with conducting client, agency and aftercare surveys. 
  • Manage billing processes handled in the office, including insurance verifications and state billing directives from the Revenue Cycle Manager.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma is required, bachelor's degree, preferred. 
  • Experience in an administrative support position is required.
  • Experience with insurance verifications and billing is preferred. 
  • Experience working in the behavioral/mental health field is preferred.
