Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage benefits programs and processes
  • Coordinate monthly benefit enrollment eligibility and terminations
  • Reconcile monthly enrollment in benefit plans and complete insurance carrier billing payments
  • Manage COBRA offerings, enrollment, and payment processes
  • Educate employees on benefit plan offerings
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations
  • Act as a point of contact for enrollment and claims matters with insurance carriers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resource Management, or related field
  • Certified Employee Benefits Certification (CEBS) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) preferred
  • 5 years of direct experience administering benefit plans
