We are currently seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for our Specialty Markets Vertical Solutions Team focused on Stadium, Arena and Public Venues.
At LG Business Solutions, we are dedicated to driving innovation and providing top-tier solutions to our clients. We are looking for a passionate and strategic Senior Business Development Manager to join our team and help us grow our business by defining the voice of the customer and curating tailored solutions.

As the Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying business opportunities, defining customer needs, and developing customized solutions to drive growth and customer satisfaction. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to foster strong relationships with clients and ecosystem partners.

Voice of the Customer:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and main points.
  • Develop and implement strategies to gather customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
  • Analyze customer data to derive actionable insights and inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development strategies.
Solution Curation:
  • Work closely with product development and marketing teams to curate and develop solutions that address customer needs.
  • Customize solutions to fit specific client requirements, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to continuously enhance our offerings.
Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement GTM and business development strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies and adjust as needed.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on business development activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of market research and customer feedback methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
