Your responsibilities Job Summary Supervises a portion of the organization's sales function.Job Description Key Accountabilities Supervises the work of a team of sales representatives who are responsible for selling organizational products or services. Trains new representatives on products, services, or sales processes and procedures. Tracks performance against goals and suggests modifications to sales strategy or approach. May have a personal sales quota or be responsible for directly servicing assigned accounts.
