This role involves managing visitor interactions, handling administrative tasks, coordinating facility operations, and supporting team projects, requiring communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic office environment. location: Duluth, Minnesota job type: Contract salary: $16.00 - 16.50 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: High School responsibilities: Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately. Greet and manage visitors, ensuring proper protocols are followed. Create and upload photo ID badges into WorkDay. Process name plate requests and input location information in WorkDay. Perform activities on Elink, SharePoint, Service Now, and respond to emails. Coordinate with vendors for services and supplies. Act as a liaison for large moves, weekly moves, additions, and changes. Skills: Relationship and interpersonal skills. Adaptability and flexibility. Customer service focus. Demonstrated problem solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) is required. Ability to create and innovative effective solutions to challenges.
