Join our team as a Part-Time Receptionist

  • Primary responsibilities will include answering phones, performing customer service, and carrying out other clerical duties as may be assigned

  • As the first point of contact, you will maintain the Front Desk Reception, greeting customers, and directing them to service area, coffee, restrooms, or seating areas

  • Required to contact salespersons for customers and manage incoming telephone communications

  • The role will include ordering necessary supplies when authorized by managers

  • Performing other clerical duties to assist in the smooth functioning of the dealership

  • Uphold a cheerful and professional demeanor toward customers and other employees

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Salem, Oregon.

Work Environment

The working hours for this position are as follows: Monday - Friday from 2:50pm-8pm, mandatory Saturdays from 7:50am-2pm or 1:50pm-8pm, and 2 Sundays a month either from 10am-3pm or 2pm-7pm. Training will be provided.
