To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A Roadie Support Representative must have good customer service skills, be able to analyze an incoming issue or question and follow through to resolution. A Roadie Support Representative is able to assist the customer in a clear and effective manner over the phone and via email. They are able to record detailed accounts of actions taken to resolve an issue. Roadie Support Representatives must have a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Assist employees and former employees with W2 retrieval Assist employees and former employees with Payroll related questions Use service desk software to log calls and track tickets Answer support phone calls at a high volume rate with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards helping customers Data Entry – assist when needed on various projects • Other miscellaneous administrative functions to support the People Department Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual preferred; verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
