OVERVIEW

Willie's Joynt Café, located in TXRH Support Center, is looking for our next dynamic team member Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:00pm. Willie's serves breakfast and lunch to our Support Center employees as well as manage internal catering requests. RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide Legendary customer serviceReceive and process payments using the POS systemFollow safety and sanitation practicesAssemble food and drink orders to completionMeeting and maintaining all food and plate specificationsMeeting established cook time standardsUnderstanding and following prep sheetsUsing and following recipesMaintain cleanliness in café FOH/BOH and walk-ins clean and organizedKeep café supplies stockedPerform FOH and BOH side workProperly using, cleaning, assembling, and disassembling appropriate equipment including Grills, Fryers, Dish Machine, Slicers, three compartment sinks, Ovens, and StovesAny other job duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED equivalent preferredPrevious restaurant experience preferredAttention to detailAble to multitaskExcellent communication and listening skills This job description includes essential functions and basic duties and is intended to provide guidelines for job expectations and the employee's ability to perform the position described.
