Vendor Relations Specialist II

We're actively seeking a talentedVendor Relations Specialist IIto join ourVendorRelations teamin Newport Beach, CA, Omaha NE or Lynchburg, VA. This role will be hybrid.
As aVendor Relations Specialist II, you'll play a key role in Pacific Life's growth and long-term success byensuring our key strategic partners are performing a high level of service through maintaining strong relationships with each. You will fillan existing role on the Enterprise Vendor Management Team. Your colleagues will includefellowvendor relations professionals. You will be joining a highly collaborative team focused on improving the customer experience through engaged and purposefulvendor interactions.
How you'll help move us forward: :
ReconcileInvoices to fee table/structure to ensure accurate billing
Reconcile Invoices to policy service data to ensure correct services are billed
Provide expense analysis as requested
Establish/Maintain Vendor Expense Dashboard
Work closely with our partners in Accounts Payable, Procurement, and multiple business partners to maximize efficiency on invoicing and related items.
Work closely with vendor partners to simplify/standardize invoicing across vendors
Responsible for fee reimbursements to our distribution partners and agencies
The experience you bring:
Ability to analyze related data for completion ofreporting, reconciliation, and problem solving
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products,including Word and Excel
Prior experience with Purchase Orders and processing invoices is a plus
Must be willing to learn, challenge the status quo, and ask for assistance when needed

Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
