Starting Salary $30,099 Lakes Country Academy (LCA) is hiring a certified RBT for the 24-25 school year, at the Fergus Falls LCA site. The RBT position is a salaried position with 182 work days, 8 hours per day. The RBT assists the LCA BCBA with behavior programming and is directly supervised by the LCA BCBA.
