The Opportunity:

As the Operations Specialist, you will:

  • Prepare warehouse transfer document.
  • Request rework label to HQ.
  • Pull weekly forecast data by customers.
  • Generate weekly sales reports.
  • Daily Pantos warehouse container receiving in GERP system.
  • FNS and Pantos Invoice registration in Invoice Portal.
  • Pull AR past due & chargeback summary report.
  • Validate customer payments by purchase orders.
  • Pull General ledger data from GERP system.
  • Update buyer's financial information.
