Key Responsibilities
  • Provide workplace operational support across various areas, including building maintenance, cafe and hydration station management, concierge and hospitality services, life and safety procedures, and security.
  • Monitor and maintain the office space, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and tidiness.
  • Provide IT support as requested by the Senior Workplace Specialist or BTS leadership.
  • Ensure that IT stockrooms, server rooms, and workrooms are kept in a tidy professional manner.
  • Act as a central source of information, fielding general inquiries from staff and visitors.
  • Locate and scan files for Underwriting as requested, prepare and ship certified mail letters, receive checks, record the status of checks, scan checks, and forward checks as needed.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with knowledge and experience in providing facilities or hospitality services within a corporate or professional environment. You should have a strong understanding of providing superior customer service and be available for after-hours emergencies. A can-do attitude, creative problem-solving skills, and a sharp eye for detail are essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 40K - 55K, depending on experience and work location.
