Rewards: Commission Structure: This position operates on a commission-only basis. However, you'll benefit from a consistent flow of leads that you generate in addition to those provided by our top-performing Commercial agents. Responsibilities: • Become an expert in commercial real estate analysis, brokerage, and advisory services • Relentlessly and proactively reach out to owners of commercial real estate • Be confident and comfortable with 50-100+ cold calls daily to investment property owners • Maintain detailed records of activity on IPG’s CRM system • Utilize the company’s industry-leading tools, resources, and technology to win business and build relationships • Other responsibilities as assigned by Management Qualifications: • Proven sales expertise • Real estate sales license – completed or in process • Competitive nature • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong understanding of effective prospecting and proven ability to generate new accounts • Organizational competency to maintain regular contact with a large database of clients and prospects • Strong grasp of mathematics / Ability to complete financial analysis and underwriting of investment real estate • Professional work ethic and integrity • Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team • Industrious personality • Be coachable • An insatiable appetite for success • Provide clients with valuable financial analysis and underwriting of investment real estate • Work closely with Team Leaders and Mentors to curate an effective business plan • Other responsibilities as assigned by Management Compensation: $144,500 at plan yearly
