Controls Engineer

What You'll Do:
- Design, implement, and optimize control systems for dynamic manufacturing processes.
- Develop and maintain industrial networks and SCADA systems in collaboration with the Information Systems department.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system issues to maintain peak performance.
- Lead and support engineering projects, including new equipment installations and upgrades.
- Create detailed documentation for system designs, configurations, and upgrades.
- Associate degree with 5+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing environments (food manufacturing is a plus).
- Strong skills in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and PLC programming.
- A proactive team player with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work off-shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed.
