Electronics Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Matric Limited. As an essential member of our production department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct visual inspections of electronic assemblies to ensure they meet customer specifications and identify any defects or irregularities.
- Perform thorough testing of assemblies using various electronic test equipment to verify functionality and reliability.
- Disassemble and reassemble units as necessary to troubleshoot and repair issues.
- Apply knowledge of electronics and soldering techniques to adjust or replace defective components and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and repairs, and report any safety hazards or quality control issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve problems and improve processes, and contribute to creative problem-solving initiatives.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; accepted electronics training or degree preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools, dimensional measuring tools, and electronic test equipment is essential.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, and formulas, and collaborate with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and professional development.
