Job Description:

LHH Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to immediately join our client's team on a contract basis for 3-4 months. This role will initially focus on recruitment and onboarding as our client has continued to see successful growth. You will also get a chance to support other administrative pieces of Human Resources, allowing a great opportunity to learn new skillsets within HR.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the administration of benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity in all HR-related activities.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in an HR role, preferably in a coordinator, recruitment or administrative capacity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
