Job Description:
LHH Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to immediately join our client's team on a contract basis for 3-4 months. This role will initially focus on recruitment and onboarding as our client has continued to see successful growth. You will also get a chance to support other administrative pieces of Human Resources, allowing a great opportunity to learn new skillsets within HR.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the administration of benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity in all HR-related activities.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in an HR role, preferably in a coordinator, recruitment or administrative capacity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
