As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will:

Own the first impression

Answer incoming calls from patients, doctors and other health care facilities in a timely and professional manner.

Greet and assist anyone who enters the clinic

Check patients in and out for their scheduled appointments

Collect and post payments to the patient accounts

Update insurance information and personal data in the patient’s chart

Follow scheduling guidelines for our clinics

Maintain inventory of office forms and supplies (water, coffee, etc)

Work closely with support staff to ensure that our patient’s needs are met

Helping in other areas of the office as needed
