Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

· Analyze sales funnels and member intent

· Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data

· Recommend website and campaign optimizations

· Work closely with marketing team to identify opportunities for new member acquisition

· Provides actionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategic initiatives.

· Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports.

· Analyzes member data using database queries, spreadsheet (Excel) models, web analytics tools, statistical analysis tools, and campaign management software tools.

· Evaluates members’ online behavior and provides insights and recommendations for further enhancements to the guest experience.

· Analyzes A/B and multi-variate tests, communicates results, and provide recommendations.

· Advises other marketing functions (e-commerce/website, online/offline advertising, brand, product development) as the knowledge owner for member and market data.

· Promote and foster a “learning culture” by monitoring the latest industry thinking and innovation to inform the direction for future strategies/plans.

· Other duties as assigned

Performance Measurements:

  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
  • Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of business acumen
  • Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy


Knowledge and Skills:

Experience: 3+ years of in-depth understanding of campaign strategies and SEO practices. 2-5 years of disseminating data and turning it into marketing campaigns and insights. Experience in advanced analytic and statistical techniques related to multivariate and A/B testing, digital revenue attribution, customer segmentation, and marketing effectiveness. 2+ years of experience building and automating management-level reporting. Experience with Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint, planner, to-do, Outlook, and Teams.

Education:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or equivalent work experience accepted.

Interpersonal Skills:Successful candidates are hungry, humble, and possess high emotional intelligence. They will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, will be self-motivated, able to achieve goals with minimal supervision, and will enjoy working both independently and in collaboration with other team members.

Other Skills:Background in marketing research, analytics, customer service, email marketing software/ technology, and able to run spreadsheets, word processing, and understand publishing software.

Physical Requirements:Ability to lift at least 30 pounds.
