About the position

Altruist is entering an exciting phase, and we're looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join our SSG team in San Diego.

What you'll do
  • Provide technical assistance and support, related to computer systems, hardware, or software
  • Respond to queries, run diagnostics programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions
  • Conduct corporate training sessions
  • Assist with onboarding and off boarding
  • Maintain the daily performance of computer systems
  • Help with maintaining IT asset/inventory mgmt
  • Performs other related duties and projects as requested or assigned
What you'll bring
  • Proficient with Mac and PC Operating Systems (PC knowledge preferred for this role)
  • Proficient with Outlook and Office 365 applications
  • Proficient with GSuite and Google Admin
  • Proficient with OKTA, Jamf, Intune, and Kaseya-VSA
  • Proficient with Google Meet and Zoom conferencing equipment
  • Preferred Experience with Atlassian apps (confluence, jira)
  • Strong Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Proficient with on-prem and cloud infrastructure
  • Proficient network troubleshooting
  • Computer and Printer Support
  • New computer hardware and software builds, using imaging software
  • Experience with shell scripting and/or Python is a big plus
  • Experience with Amazon Cloud Services is ideal but not a requirement
Los Angeles, CA salary range

$40-$55 USD

Total compensation includes a competitive benefits package along with equity in the form of Stock Options (ISOs).
