In this role, you will: Mainframe software product installation and support: Provides technical support for software products that run on the z/OS operating systems. This includes complex software configuration, patching, upgrading, and troubleshooting. Uses diagnostic tools and/or detailed vendor specifications to analyze complex system software problems. Develops documentation for software requirements and operational procedures. Determines security access requirements for software products.
