Position Summary:

Mozaik is seeking a passionate and experienced Product Owner to join our growing Development team. This unique role will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our software, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our customers in the cabinet industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for collaborating with Mozaik's Senior Developer and leading a growing team of Developers.
  • Gain a deep understanding of Mozaik's products, including functionalities and underlying code.
  • Collaborate with the Product Team on future product functionality.
  • Transforming product requirements into technical specifications.
  • Estimate and plan the execution of the features into the solution.
  • Maintain UI/UX consistency.
  • Assign tasks to team members and manage deadlines.
  • Providing input into technical architecture decisions.
  • Implement and execute robust quality control practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience managing and leading a team of developers.
  • Proven technical experience in .NET desktop applications (or similar high-level languages).
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure is a plus.
  • Experience of licensing and entitlement management technologies is a valuable asset.
